God has entrusted our bodies to our care. They are an important resource that we are each individually responsible for. However, there are times when it is difficult for us to take care of our own bodies and we need the help of others to intervene or come by our side with support and care. During this first quarter of 2023, we are encouraging our community to find ways to physically and mentally care for themselves and to be ready to provide physical and mental health support for others in need. You are invited to join us for one of the following FREE First Aid related trainings:
